Auction Close:

• Friday, September 19^th (Starting at 6pm)
• Starting at 6:00pm, one lot will close every 30 seconds.
• If a bid is placed in the final seconds of a closing lot, the ending time of the lot will be extended by 15 seconds to give other bidders a chance to compete.

Pick Up and Shipping Information:

• Sunday, September 21^st (10:00am-1:00pm)
• 201 S 6^th St Brainerd, MN 56401
• Shipping Eligibility: Shipping is offered on orders exceeding $50.
• Payment Deadline: All auction invoices must be paid in full by 2:00pm Sunday, or EOA will charge the unpaid invoice to your card on file.
• Notification: After the auction, simply send us an email stating that you would like your items shipped and your mailing address. Info@EstateOnlineAuctions.com
• Shipping Invoice: A separate shipping invoice will be emailed within 5-7 days.
• Shipping Method: EOA will carefully package your items and use the most affordable shipping option.
• Shipping Damage Liability: EOA is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

Buyer’s Premium and Fees:

• 10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.
• 3% processing fee is added to all card transactions.
