AUCTION CLOSE
- Friday, May 2nd (Starting at 6:00PM)
- This is an extended bidding auction. Three lots will close every 90 seconds. If a bid is placed in the final seconds of a closing lot, the ending time of the lot will be extended by 35 seconds to give other bidders a chance to compete.
PICK UP INFORMATION
- Sunday, May 4th (9:00am-3:00pm)
- Auction Location: 4852 Baywood Rd. Baxter, MN 56425
- Buyers are responsible for removing/loading all purchases by 3:00pm, Sunday, May 4th if shipping is not utilized.
SHIPPING
- Shipping Eligibility: Shipping is offered on orders exceeding $50, on items up to 20” maximum length.
- Payment Deadline: All auction invoices must be paid in full by 3:00pm Sunday, or EOA will automatically charge the card on file.
- Notification: After the auction, simply send us an email stating that you would like your items shipped.
- Shipping Invoice: A separate shipping invoice will be emailed, typically within 5-10 days.
- Shipping Method: EOA will carefully package your items and use the most affordable shipping option.
- Shipping Damage Liability: EOA is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
BUYER’S PREMIUM AND FEES
- 10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.
- 3% processing fee is added to all card transactions.

ON-SITE PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods onsite:
- Cash

UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Winning bidders who fail to remove their items during designated removal times will be subject to the following:
- Full Invoice Charge: The full amount of the invoice will be charged to the winning bidder’s account.
- Item Forfeiture: Unclaimed items will be forfeited and may be donated to a non-profit charity or offered in a future auction at the auctioneer’s discretion.
New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.

EOA is not responsible for any damaged items or accidents.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. EOA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the EOA website and will be effective immediately. By participating in an auction after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
